Give your executives the personalized resources they need to fully develop their talent and soar. Every executive is different.  The coaching process that will most effectively and efficiently help one executive to thrive will not produce optimum results for another.  Farr has created an unmatched executive coaching process for just this reason. Unlike many training and development processes which take a generic approach, Farr uses a detailed process to match the right resources to each leader.  The result is powerful, sustainable change.

Before designing an executive coaching process, your Farr consultant will discuss and understand your executive’s specific needs. Each executive will then be assigned an individual coach who will work with them throughout the process to achieve the desired results.

An individualized talent development program will include some or all of the following:

  • Initial Planning/ Interview – We will meet with the executive being coached to clarify their needs and goals.
  • The Leadership Impact Study – Your Farr consultant will interview 12 to 15 people to gather perceptions of the executive’s leadership effectiveness.  This information will be used to help the executive to improve the quality of his/her key leader-follower and team relationships.
  • Personality Assessments – A wide variety of assessments are available to complement each individual executive’s needs. Your Farr consultant will help you choose the right ones.
  • Personal Feedback Meeting – Your Farr consultant will share feedback gathered through the Leadership Impact Study and personality assessments. In addition, your consultant will help the executive to find meaningful uses for this feedback in alignment with the established goals for the coaching process.
  • The Mastering Leadership Dynamics™ Workshop – Where appropriate, executives can jump start the growth process by attending Farr’s five-day flagship leadership development workshop. This workshop uses a unique and powerful transformational process which has produced significant results for over 50 years.
  • Leadership Action Plan Development – Your Farr consultant will work with the individual being coached to jointly develop an action plan.  The plan will address the executive’s specific goals and make practical use of the information provided from the Impact Study and personality assessments.
  • Feedback to Managers and Peers – Your consultant will help provide instruction and information to team members being affected by the executive coaching process.
  • Ongoing Coaching Sessions –Your Farr consultant will provide one-on-one coaching with the executive based upon individual needs.
